How to create and share motorcycle events

Publish a meetup, invite riders with a link and make the event discoverable in PinPop search.

Guides

Create a PinPop event around a place, a map location or a route. Publishing automatically sends it into PinPop’s search index, so riders can discover it without you making a separate search listing. Search updates can take a moment to appear; a shared event link gives your group a direct way to open it.

How to do it in PinPop

  1. Open the place, location or route and tap Create Event. Choose an emoji, write a useful title and description, add one to eight images and add relevant tags.
  2. Choose Open for direct joining, or RSVP and add the instructions applicants should read. Set the start and end for a one-off meetup, or choose repeating days and a time for a recurring event. Review the meeting point and schedule, then tap Create.
  3. Open the event’s menu to share or copy its link. Riders can find it through search or Nearby Events, open directions and use Join Chat. Created and joined events appear in My Events.

What to know before you ride

A clear title, location and tags help riders find the right gathering; publishing does not guarantee the top result for every query. One-off events can be scheduled up to two months ahead; recurring series have an end date within one year. The organiser can edit eligible future events or delete an event from its menu.

For RSVP events, use Request Access, send your request and wait for the organiser to approve it before joining the event chat.
